Pr\u00e9parer les poivrons \/ piments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>180 \u00b0C<\/strong>&nbsp;(chaleur tournante si possible).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couper un \u00ab chapeau \u00bb sur chaque&nbsp;<strong>poivron<\/strong>&nbsp;(c\u00f4t\u00e9 queue), retirer les graines et les membranes blanches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rincer l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et retourner sur du papier absorbant pour \u00e9goutter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Avec de vrais rocotos frais, on les blanchit plusieurs fois pour enlever de la force. En France, ils sont rares, d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019usage de gros poivrons.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Pr\u00e9parer la farce porc\u2013quinoa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans une grande po\u00eale, faire chauffer l\u2019huile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire revenir l\u2019<strong>oignon<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9minc\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit translucide (5\u20137 min).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter l\u2019<strong>ail<\/strong> hach\u00e9, cuire 1 min de plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la&nbsp;<strong>viande de porc hach\u00e9e<\/strong>. Faire dorer \u00e0 feu moyen-vif en \u00e9miettant bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter&nbsp;<strong>paprika, cumin, origan, laurier, piment<\/strong>, sel et poivre. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer la&nbsp;<strong>tomate<\/strong>, la&nbsp;<strong>p\u00e2te de tomate<\/strong>, les&nbsp;<strong>cacahu\u00e8tes<\/strong>&nbsp;hach\u00e9 et les&nbsp;<strong>olives<\/strong> coup\u00e9 en petit bout. Laisser mijoter 5\u201310 min \u00e0 feu moyen, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que ce soit un peu r\u00e9duit mais encore juteux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirer la feuille de laurier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter les \u0153ufs dur coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le&nbsp;<strong>quinoa cuit<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 la po\u00eale, bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Farcir et cuire au four<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disposer les poivrons dans un plat allant au four (assez serr\u00e9s pour qu\u2019ils tiennent debout).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remplir g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement chaque poivron avec la farce au porc et quinoa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remettre les \u00ab chapeaux \u00bb des poivrons par-dessus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfourner&nbsp;<strong>20 min<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 180 \u00b0C pendant que tu pr\u00e9pares le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 gratin.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <strong>Pr\u00e9parer le m\u00e9lange lait\/cr\u00e8me\/\u0153uf<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans un bol, battre l\u2019<strong>\u0153uf<\/strong>&nbsp;avec le&nbsp;<strong>lait<\/strong>&nbsp;et la&nbsp;<strong>cr\u00e8me<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saler, poivrer, ajouter un peu de&nbsp;<strong>noix de muscade<\/strong>&nbsp;si tu aimes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
