cr\u00e8me liquide 30%<br \/>\n1 oeuf<br \/>\n25g de sucre en poudre<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>Preparation :<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Decouper la pate sable pour la preparation de 5 tartelettes<\/p>\n<p>Placer les fond de tarte dans les moules et faire precuire 10min au four a 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h1>Preparation des noisettes<\/h1>\n<p>D\u00e9couper les noisettes en 4 ou plus selon votre gout.<\/p>\n<p>Si il s&rsquo;agit de noisette fraiche les faire torrifier au four<\/p>\n<p>Mettre les 2 cullieres de sucre dans une casserole, quand le sucre commence a colorer rajouter le beurre.<\/p>\n<p>quand le beurre est fondu, sortir du feu et rajouter les noisettes et bien melanger.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois les noisette bien enrober et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le melange froid casser le bloque de noisette caramel en petit morceau<\/p>\n<h1>La pr\u00e9paration de la ganache<\/h1>\n<p>Commencer la pr\u00e9paration de la ganache a la fin de la cuisson du fond de tarte pour que la preparation ne puisse pas refroidir avant la cuisson finale.<\/p>\n<p>Porter \u00e0 ebullition les 10cl de cr\u00e8me liquide, et sortir du feu.<br \/>\nMettre le chocolat en morceaux et m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 que le chocolat soit totalement fondu.<\/p>\n<p>Rajouter le sucre et l&rsquo;oeuf, et bien m\u00e9langer anouveau.<\/p>\n<h1>Le montage de la tarte<\/h1>\n<p>M\u00e9langer la ganache avec les noisettes.<\/p>\n<p>Nappez le fond de la tarte avec la ganache et les noisettes<\/p>\n<p>Mettez le four 15min \u00e0
