300gr de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 200gr de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 sachet de levure<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 c \u00e0 c de sel<br \/>\n&#8211; 120gr de beurre mou<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 oeufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 c \u00e0 c vanille<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/td>\n<td align=\"left\" valign=\"top\" width=\"210\">\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">cr\u00e8me<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 500ml de lait<br \/>\n&#8211; 5 jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 c \u00e0 c de vanille<br \/>\n&#8211; 125gr de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 40gr de farine<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<p align=\"left\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration<\/b><strong>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te :<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8211; M\u00e9langer la farine, le sucre, la levure et le sel dans un grand saladier.<br \/>\n&#8211; Mettre le beurre mou en une seule fois et sabler la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\n&#8211; Rajouter les \u0153ufs et la vanille, m\u00e9langer et boulet la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\n&#8211; Mettre au frais au moins 1h.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pr\u00e9paration de la cr\u00e8me :<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8211; Faire chauffer le lait<br \/>\n&#8211; Dans un saladier mettre 4 jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs, l vanille et le sucre et faire blanchir.<br \/>\n&#8211; Rajouter la farine et bien m\u00e9langer.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ajouter au m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent un peu de lait chaud et bien d\u00e9tendre la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ajouter ensuite tout le lait en 2, 3 fois, bien m\u00e9langer et remettre sur le feu.<br \/>\n&#8211; Laisser \u00e9paissir tout en m\u00e9langeant sans arr\u00eater.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Montage :<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8211; Beurrer et fariner votre moule a charni\u00e8re de 28cm de diam\u00e8tre.<br \/>\n&#8211; Prendre 2\/3 de la p\u00e2te et l&rsquo;\u00e9taler au fond du moule et la faire remonter sur les bords de 3 ou 4 cm.<br \/>\n&#8211; Verser la cr\u00e8me froide et l\u2019\u00e9taler sur tout le fond du g\u00e2teau.<br \/>\n&#8211; Rabattre les bord sur le dessus de la cr\u00e8me.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c9taler le reste de la p\u00e2te sur du papier cuisson, pour former une disque de 28cm.<br \/>\n&#8211; D\u00e9poser le disque de p\u00e2te sur le g\u00e2teau et souder les bords.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c9taler le dernier jaune d\u2019\u0153uf sur la p\u00e2te pour faire dorer le g\u00e2teau.<br \/>\n&#8211;
