3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de moutarde de Dijon<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Preparation :<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"left\">Peler les pommes de terre, les laver\u00a0et les essuyer, les couper en rondelles de 0.5 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Mettre la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et la moutarde dans un bol et m\u00e9langer, saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Allumer le four thermostat 8 (250\u00b0). \u00d4ter la peau de la cuisse de dinde, peler la gousse d&rsquo;ail\u00a0et la\u00a0couper.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Faire des entailles sur la cuisse de dinde et\u00a0y glisser les \u00e9clats d&rsquo;ail.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Hacher l&rsquo;oignon.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Mettre les pommes de terre, les tomates et l&rsquo;oignon dans un plat \u00e0 four pouvant largement contenir la cuisse de dinde.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Saler, poivrer et verser l&rsquo;huile et autant d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">M\u00e9langer et poser la cuisse de dinde sur ce lit de l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Glisser le plat au four et laisser cuire pendant 45 mn en retournant la dinde \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Au bout de 45 mn de cuisson, tartiner la cuisse de dinde avec le m\u00e9lange cr\u00e8me-moutarde et laisser cuire 15 mn<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Puis retourner la cuisse et tartiner l&rsquo;autre face avec le m\u00e9lange cr\u00e8me-moutarde et laisser cuire encore 15 mn.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Servir tr\u00e8s chaud dans le plat de cuisson.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients : &#8211;\u00a01 cuisse de dinde &#8211;\u00a0750 g de pommes de terre \u00e0 chair ferme &#8211;\u00a0400 g de tomates concass\u00e9es &#8211;\u00a020 cl de cr\u00e8me fraiche liquide &#8211;\u00a01 gousse d&rsquo;ail &#8211;\u00a01 oignon &#8211;\u00a02 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile &#8211;\u00a0sel, poivre &#8211;
