Au moment o\u00f9 vous les mettrez au four, commencez la pr\u00e9paration de la viande.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Dans une grande sauteuse, faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Lorsque c&rsquo;est bien chaud, ajouter la viande et la faire dorer. La d\u00e9faire \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re en bois. Saler et poivrer. Au vu de la quantit\u00e9 de viande, la faire dorer par portion et la r\u00e9server sur une assiette.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Dans la m\u00eame sauteuse, ajoutez les oignons et les champignons, les faire revenir quelques instants. Rajouter la viande, puis le bouillon et la sauce, bien m\u00e9langer. Laisser r\u00e9duire quelques minutes. Go\u00fbter, rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Parsemer de fromage et le laisser fondre.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Si vos baguettes ne sont pas pr\u00e9cuites, les faire griller au four sur une grande plaque. Les placer tout en haut du four avec la fonction grill, durant maximum 5 minutes. Faire tr\u00e8s attention \u00e0 que cela ne crame pas!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ouvrir en deux les baguettes (mais pas compl\u00e8tement), garnir de laitue iceberg, puis du m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la viande.
