Quand ce n&rsquo;est pas possible, coupez en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0La pur\u00e9e :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00c9plucher et faire cuire les pommes de terre (15 mn \u00e0 partir du chuchotement de la soupape).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e, y ajouter 1 louche de bouillon (soit environ 20 cl) m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8211; Ajouter ensuite l&rsquo;oeuf et la cr\u00e8me. M\u00e9langer vivement (attention si la pur\u00e9e est trop chaude l&rsquo;oeuf risque de cuire !!) puis ajouter le sel, le poivre et une pinc\u00e9e de noix de muscade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0le montage dans le plat :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Etaler en premi\u00e8re couche la moiti\u00e9 de la pur\u00e9e dans un plat allant au four.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Placer les rondelles de carotte et, par dessus, la viande effiloch\u00e9e.
