3 Blancs d&rsquo;oeuf<br \/>\n&#8211; 130g de sucre<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sirop :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 25cl d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 C \u00e0 Soupe de grand marnier<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><strong>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Pr\u00e9parer le biscuit : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C.<br \/>\nS\u00e9parer les blancs et les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs.<br \/>\nFouetter les jaunes avec le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse et devienne mousseux.<br \/>\nIncorporer la farine et la levure.<br \/>\nBattre les blancs en neige ferme, puis les incorporer \u00e0 l\u2019appareil pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<br \/>\nRecouvrir une plaque de papier de papier cuisson et y d\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te en un rectangle d\u2019environ 1 \u00e0 2 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<br \/>\nFaire cuire 10-12 minutes.<br \/>\nLaisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la meringue : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Monter les blancs en neige.<br \/>\nQuand les blancs sont bien ferme ajouter le sucre en pluie.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Pr\u00e9parer du sirop : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition l&rsquo;eau, le sucre jusqu&rsquo;a que le sucre soit fondu.<br \/>\nUne fois le sirop refroidi ajouter l&rsquo;alcool.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Montage : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Imbiber la genoise avec le sirop.<br \/>\nPoser la glace sur le biscuit.<br \/>\nRecouvrir de meringue.<br \/>\nConserver au congelateur jusqu&rsquo;au moment de servir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Flamber a l&rsquo;alcool ou au chalumeau selon votre choix juste avant de servir<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
