Il faut continuer \u00e0 travailler l\u2019ensemble \u00e0 la spatule.<\/p>\n<p>Il est temps d\u2019incorporer le deuxi\u00e8me oeuf. Continuer \u00e0 travailler l\u2019ensemble \u00e0 la spatule.<\/p>\n<p>On arr\u00e9te d\u2019incorporer les oeufs lorsqu\u2019on observe la formation d\u2019une \u00ab\u00a0pointe\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 la spatule ou au doigt. On per\u00e7oit ainsi l\u2019adh\u00e9rence de la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019aide d\u2019une poche on forme les choux sur plaque graiss\u00e9e ou sur papier sulfuris\u00e9. Disposer en quinconce et pas trop serr\u00e9s. Abaisser les pointes \u00e0 l\u2019aide de votre doigt humide.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire au four \u00e0 200\u00b0C (th 7) pendant au moins 20\/25 mn. Lorsque les choux ont bien gonfl\u00e9s et qu\u2019ils montrent une coloration on entrouvre le four et on le maintient l\u00e9g\u00e9rement ouvert pour d\u00e9ss\u00e9cher.
